Originally located in the San Want Hotel, Chao Pin Ji is an iconic and popular Teochew restaurant in Taipei, boasts a long history, and enjoys a high reputation among Taipei restaurants for its authentic Chao-Zhou cuisine and exquisite Hong Kong-style dim sum. In 2006, CHAO PIN JI even won the Three-Star Award in the Top 100 restaurants voted by Next Magazine.

It has been more than 20 years since San Want Hotel took over Asia Pacific Hotel in 2002 and changed its name to "CHAO PIN JI". Chef Ho Bing Mu was born into a family of restaurants in Hong Kong, and came to Taiwan 30 years ago with his inheriting Chao-Zhou-style brine; both the 70-year-old brine and Chef Ho is the very treasures of CHAO PIN JI
